Corruption in the Russian Orthodox Church (ROC) and the non-transparent distribution of church budgets is the most difficult issue that the church never discusses. Unfortunately, the theme of corruption in the church is tabooed and the ROC does not work with this agenda. But father Tikhon (Shevkunov) has every chance to shake up this topic and even start his own election campaign after the failure of the “Ukrainian project” of the ROC MP.
